DTL Template Browser
The DTL Template Browser is available to Lead Protocol Organization (LPO) staff who are on the CTSU roster aligned with their organization. The DTL Template Browser allows LPO staff to view DTL templates associated with their organization, take other actions such as cloning or activating a DTL template, and allows initiation of a new DTL template, by using icons on the browser screen.
Site DTL Browser
The Site DTL Browser is available to all user types (e.g., site, LPO, NCI). Clinical site staff can view site DTLs for treatment sites to which they are affiliated on a participating roster in Active or Followup person roster status. For example, Stanley Smith is on the SWOG roster at TX000 and may view DTLs at TX000 for all studies that SWOG leads or is listed as a participating organization. Anybody on a site roster can access an individual site DTL or initiate a new site DTL from the Site DTL Browser screen (however, only those with particular task assignments, i.e., DTL Administrator (DTLA) or Clinical Investigator (CI), are able to edit DTLs once they have been submitted for approval).
LPO staff may access the Site DTL Browser to view the status of site DTLs for studies they lead or for cross-network studies in which their member sites participate. LPO staff can view the contents of an individual site DTL but cannot make updates.
Task Assignment Browser
The Task Assignment Browser is available to all user types. This browser allows site staff to view task assignments across DTLs at sites to which they are associated on a participating roster. The browser also allows site staff to filter for all DTLs for which they are the DTLA, CI, or have a task assignment. LPO staff may view Task Assignment information for their sites and studies.
Request Browser
The Request Browser is visible to site users (and select others) only and allows users to see the status of any bulk requests that they have submitted (an individual user can only see their own bulk requests). The bulk operations available in the DTL application and viewable in the Request Browser are Clone DTLs, Assign Tasks, Inactivate Tasks, Submit DTLs, and Approve DTLs. This browser provides a high-level overview of each bulk request, and also allows users to look at the details of each request (i.e., each individual item within the request). The site users will see the requests submitted in the last 30 days by default. The Set Requested Date Range filter can be adjusted to view data for up to 6 months in the past.
